There are three visit sessions per day for capacity control purposes. This is to help ensure that every visitor will have a pleasant and comfortable experience at the Museum, with lesser crowds. There is no time restriction upon entering the gallery, but do note that the Museum will close at 6 PM.

Kindly note that the Museum will still remain closed if a Public Holiday falls on a Monday, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our website or social media platforms for any other non-operating days/hours.

Greetings from Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum!
Thank you for your support to our museum. We are pleased to announce that with effect from 1 June 2017, NUS staff and students can enjoy complimentary admission to our museum from Tuesdays – Sundays and Public Holidays, from 10 AM to 6 PM (last admission at 4.30 PM).

Purchase your tickets via one of the following:

Admission tickets can be purchased at the Museum’s ticketing counter.

  • Only NETS or credit/debit card payment is acceptable at the ticketing counter.
  • Kindly note that cash is not accepted at our ticketing counter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
  • A valid identity card has to be presented for each admission ticket at the point of purchase and/or entry. Please note that random checks on tickets will be conducted at the point of purchase and/or entry. Visitors unable to present a valid identity card or proof of eligibility are required to purchase another admission ticket.

 

Note: SISTIC booking fee still applies for admission tickets purchased at the ticketing counter.

Visitors are encouraged to purchase their admission tickets online via SISTIC to secure their tickets in advance and to minimise waiting time at the ticketing counter. Upon payment on SISTIC, you will receive an email containing a URL link to your e-ticket(s). Click on the URL link to download your e-ticket(s) and present them at the ticketing counter for entry.

Note: SISTIC booking fee will apply upon checkout.

– Parking rate is at $0.0214 (inclusive of GST) per minute upon exit during operating hours (including Saturdays).

– Free parking is available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Gallery Tour

We are pleased to offer free gallery tours at the Museum, conducted by our team of enthusiastic volunteer guides in English or Mandarin.

Tours run for one hour, subject to the volunteer guides’ availability.

The tours are restricted to a maximum of 10 pax per group, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Do enquire at the ticketing counter when you visit the Museum on tour days.
