We are honoured to have hosted Prof. Tommy Koh, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, H.E. James Sinclair Manley, Ambassador from Chile; and diplomats from 21 other countries all over the world during their visit here recently.
