Evolution

Turtle and pigeon skeletons are examples of specimens that students have the opportunity to observe up-close during the hands-on session of the workshop.

Curious about evolution? Organise an engaging Evolution Workshop with us, designed to deepen your students’ understanding of evolution through a hands-on practical session with our Museum’s specimens.

This workshop blends a guided gallery tour with interactive sessions that aims to help participants develop a better understanding of evolution. Participants will learn about topics like natural selection, homology, analogy, and phylogeny, to gain comprehensive insights. The hands-on segment offers firsthand encounters with Museum specimens, including echinoderms, crabs, turtles, and bats.

This programme is open to schools only.
