Documenting Nature Workshop @ LKCNHM

POSTED ON BY Aw Jeanice

School’s out in a month! This September school holidays, participate in our Documenting Nature workshop to become a young, budding naturalist.

In this three-hour workshop jammed pack with hands-on activities and a riveting tour around our gallery by our outreach staff, you will understand and appreciate Singapore’s biodiversity and natural heritage better. You will also get to learn a variety of techniques used by naturalists in the past and present to document the nature around us, including gyotaku painting and nature journaling. Plus, there will be interactive games and a fun activity with binoculars to open you up to the world of bird watching!

So, come join us and hone your observation and drawing skills, while learning more about our museum’s work and specimens now through the Documenting Nature Workshop. All participants will also walk away with freebies, along with 20% off tickets for accompanying guests (T&Cs apply)!
