Participants will learn to make sense of the biodiversity around them through the use of Linnaean Classification. The workshop will also touch on hierarchical classification, binomial nomenclature, and species concept. Participants get to examine real specimens in a hands-on session, further enhancing experiential learning of classifying various groups of animals based on their features and adaptations.
