Nature Explorers' Programme 2012

This is an education initiative of the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research (RMBR), sponsored by ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and supported by River Valley High School and the West Zone Centre of Excellence for Science and Technology.

The aim of the programme is to nurture young naturalists through various activities. An estimated 300 participants will attend a museum workshop and field trip organised by RMBR. They will also have to complete a list of nature-related activities and compile them in a nature journal for submission. Participants who have completed all the activities required will be awarded a certificate and a naturalist kit. The top 30 nature explorers will also get a chance to go on a 4D/3N field study camp!

This programme is open to upper primary (Primary 4 onwards) and secondary school students, with a maximum of 10 students per school. Priority will be given to school registrations. Individual registrations will be allowed on a case-to-case basis.
